Constable Sharnelle Cole talks about being hit by bullets multiple times and saving themselves, after being ambushed and opened fired on, by gun fanatic Nigel Parodi. Sharnelle, Sergeant Chris Mulhall and her partner Constable Daryl Elliott Green, were sitting in a patrol vehicle, performing background checks in relation to Parodi, who had made threats against a resident in Hanbury Street. Parodi rushed out of the darkness and unloaded a .22 rifle magazine into the officers.
